2025 T&F Season Recap

This spring, Milpitas High athletes sprinted, leaped, and threw their way to excellence—shattering personal records across events and bringing Trojan pride to every meet.

⭐ Noteworthy Performances

  • Arnav Agrawal (10th grade) delivered an epic season, setting personal bests across multiple distance events—clocking 8:41.01 in the 3000m at Nike Outdoor Nationals and 9:13.50 in the 3200m at CCS Championships Athletic.net.
  • Alexander Dillon (12th grade) soared to 6’7″ in the high jump at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational Athletic.net.
  • Mizan Akbar (9th grade) sprinted to success with PRs in sprints and hurdles, including a 9.77 in the 65m hurdles (39″) and a 5’6″ high jump at SCVAL-DAL Finals Athletic.net.
  • On the jumps team, Keqin Chen (10th) cleared 20’2″ and Jelani North (10th) cleared 20’0.5″ in the long jump, while Nathan Do (10th) and Shourya Kukkala (10th) impressed in triple jump with 34’5.75″ and 33’4″, respectively Athletic.net.
  • John Langatau (12th grade) and Jelani North (11th grade) electrified the triple jump pit, consistently pushing past new marks and leading Milpitas in one of the most technical events of the season. Their rivalry and teamwork set the tone for a strong field squad.
